Railway Division
JAINEX RED i.e. Railway Engineering Division first commenced operations by pioneering conversion of existing mild steel air-brake pipe-line for the EP-MR loop in the Mumbai Suburban EMU Coaches to Stainless Steel Seamless Piping with Double Ferrule Fittings. On successful implementation & excellent results led to large scale conversion to Stainless Steel Piping with Double Ferrule Fittings.
Jainex simultaneously also converted the A9-SA9 loop in Electric Locomotives to Stainless Steel Piping with Double Ferrule Fittings at Central Railway Bhusawal. The loco was under observation for more than 6 months. Since then hundreds of locomotives have been converted to Stainless Steel Piping either partially or completely.
Jainex has been closely working with Indian Railway Production Units as well as Zonal Railway Workshops pneumatic air brake piping work on existing rolling stock as well as during production.
INTEGRAL COACH FACTORY, Chennai gave us an opportunity & space in April/May 2017 where we established Pipe Fabrication Facility for Air-Brake Piping Work on various types of Rolling Stock. In 2018, similar facility was also established in BEML LTD at their Metro Coach manufacturing complex in Bengaluru Brake Pipe Fabrication & assembly of modules for Metro Coaches.
Over a period of time as we gained experience, we have been undertaking projects which involved provision of Crew Friendly Locomotives, Fabrication & Furnishing, Electrical, Modification, Coach Conversion, Body Bolster Repair & Strengthening, Traction Motor Duct manufacturing & installation etc, Supply of Mobile Work Stations for Brake Piping & Training Railway Crew in maintenance of Air-Brake Piping consisting of Stainless Steel Pipe & Double Ferrule Fittings.
We have invested in people, tools & equipment & have in place a team of 200 plus who have been carrying out various types of works at different locations.
Our Railway Division is also engaged in supply of Pneumatic Fittings, Piping Hardware & Accessories, Fabricated Items.
